Ningbo Yinzhou Lishe Valves Hardware Factory is a private-owned metal valve manufacturer integrating research, development, design, production and sale together. We are located in Nanmen Lishe of Ningbo, adjacent to Ningbo Lishe Airport with convenient transportation.Founded in 1986, the factory specializes in the production of brass and copper metal valves and has strong technical force, with the specialty of hard sealing production technology. In the nineties, the product sales were based on the hardware industry of Shanghai and throughout the country, and we have successfully obtained an honor certificate issued by "Chinese Hardware Association". Our factory has passed ISO9001 quality system certification and accumulated more than two decades of rich experience in production management.In 2001, on the basis of consolidating original production and sale, the factory developed "Refrigerant welded ball valve" (low-temperature high-pressure ball valve) and "Refrigerant magnetic check valve" used in refrigeration system, with high-pressure-resistant structure and safe and practical design. The sealing ring in "Refrigerant welded ball valve" is composed by special raw materials, which has advantages of good performance, meeting the requirements of high and low temperature resistance change, sealed thread connection and appearance brazing, and lighter on-off torque by high-pressure. Our valve uses copper heat forging manufacturing process and CNC lathe machining and is welded by advanced welding equipment. Our products have passed high pressure test equipment 72 bar pressure test, thus to ensure the safe use of 48 bar work pressure. "Refrigerant welded ball valve" reflects the features of high and low temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, low torque, clear valve body, and high strength. The valve body copper tube inner wall of "Refrigerant magnetic check valve" was made by high-precision processing technology, after rigorous testing and fixed by valve core hard-sealed with groove; without any sealant, it reaches pressure requirement and no leakage. The materials of core is never demagnetization, and the valve plate uses high-quality high-strength steel which will never rust by special stamping, surface precision polishing, and hard and hard sealing with valve core. The reverse leakage rate is almost zero, thus the hard sealing skills of the factory is food. The "Refrigerant magnetic check valve" has precision structure, flexible on-off, clear appearance, easy installation and long service life.After several years of hardworking and continuous improvement, the product has leading quality and good using performance among similar products, and has approved "CE" certificate and "ROHS" certificate. We have established long-term cooperation with domestic customers, as well as OEM cooperation for professional customers in Europe and the United States.
